WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments through debit and/or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal. Furthermore, we have a cash on delivery option for limited periods of time.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order you need to call us or whatsapp us on +962790112413. If you already paid and are cancelling within 24 hours of placing the order, you will be refunded upon informing us and the money will need 5 working days to be back in your account. If you are cancelling after 24 hours, $5 will be deducted from the total and the remainder will be refunded to you within 5 working days.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please whatsapp us on +962790112413 and we will try to accommodate where possible.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, please whatsapp us on +962790112413 to send pictures and explain what went wrong. In that order, we will give you our address for you to resend the damaged item and we will refund the full amount including postage charges.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us. Otherwise feel free to contact us on +962790112413

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Jordan - JOD 3 (FREE if your order is over JOD 150)

Dubai - AED 20 (FREE if your order is over AED 1000)

Lebanon - $3 (FREE if your order is over $200)

Worldwide - $10

Please note, due to occasions like christmas and black friday, delivery times may be extended. 

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE IS BEING DELIVERED?

You will receive a call from Aramex to schedule a convenient time for you to be at home.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for the Jordan and Dubai.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you are in the Middle East and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please notify us by email at info@theasdshop.com within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, ASD reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

For international customers, please allow up to 12 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.

WILL MY ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS BE REFUNDED?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.

ARE YOU GETTING MORE STOCK IN?

Some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly, however, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated! You can also sign up to receive a notification when your fave items are available again!

I PURCHASED A PRODUCT AND IT'S NOW IN THE SALE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
